Trap Plain display and memorial gardens

The Trap Plain gardens are owned by the town of Greenfield, and are located at the junction of Federal and Silver Streets in Greenfield, MA. This is the past location of many of the initial events our club held when it first formed, especially the Extravaganza Plant Sale in May (now at the Jon Zon Community Center, corner of Davis and Pleasant Streets, in Greenfield). Richard Willard headed up a group of volunteers in past seasons to keep the gardens looking their best. Since we were not able to get enough volunteers for this endeavor, we have decided to give up our "ownership" of this space, and have let the town know that we will no longer be maintaining it.
